The Fine Speakers Bureau is continuing to conduct outstanding educational seminars at various venues in New Jersey. The Fall 2008 schedule includes two events at the Clark Public Library and one Event at the Parsippany library.

1. Millionaires: How Do They Get There? 
Lean how common sense, balance and single-mindedness all contribute to building wealth. Learn the six steps to wealth accumulation.
Presented by Marco Lima, Certified Financial Planner practitioner.

2. Personal Job Search Strategies 
This discussion will help individuals understand some psychological qualities and human phenomena that may be used to promote a more successful job search. The audience will leave with an understanding of emotional states that might hinder job search efforts and how those states might be managed to one's employment search advantage.

3. How to Prepare and Deliver Effective Speeches to Get What You Want 
The ability to excel as a presenter who achieves outstanding results is an essential skill, whether you conduct meetings, give small-group presentations or deliver keynote speeches. You will learn effective strategies and techniques for preparing and delivering speeches that are effective, present a message that sticks, and focus on your purpose.

Learn and Practice Speechcraft 
Understanding the elements of a speech is the first step to speaking with confidence. Participate in group exercises that help you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Discuss the importance of good public speaking skills. Practice writing your own speech. After your presentation, listen to an evaluation in a warm supportive atmosphere. This program will give you the practice and tools to improve your communication skills.
