 Featured Speaker: Richard Paino

Speaker's Bio: Rich Paino is a college professor teaching classroom and on-line courses in organizational psychology and college success strategies. He speaks regularly on the topic of Psychology of Reemployment at business networking events. In 2007 he won the Best Speech Award at a gathering of pharmaceutical company professionals in New Jersey for his talk on Developing Life Themes. He is a Dale Carnegie graduate and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Rich has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His speeches address the psychological side of everyday life. You will find him to be a very compelling and energizing motivational speaker.
